With an eye for detail and construction management experience, Vino has lead the restoration team of tradespeople since City Systems' inception. Vino truly enjoys the creative aspects of restoring a building's original details and enhancing them with modern conveniences.  Prior to the founding of City Systems, Vino worked in residential and commercial construction throughout Delaware and New York.
